"Ascension" is an exploration of the subtle layers and sweetness of the Heart within the depths of the Great Mystery. The title of the album is a reminder to trust in the evolution of the human soul and to embrace and welcome the unknown whole-heartedly.

The creation of this album has been a profound journey of self-expression, and has been a dear companion to me during times of immense joy and also of great suffering. I truly believe that we are always a s c e n d i n g and spiraling upward as we expand and contract, fully immersed in the ever-unfolding experience of duality so that we can deeply know Love.

It has been such a gift to collaborate with such brilliant artists and musicians who have so kindly shared their passions and skills. What an honor to witness the cultivation of such inspirational artistry over many years of dedication to one’s craft.

Lauren, I offer my deepest appreciation to you for your guidance and production of this album. Thank you for weaving your ethereal magic into each and every track – your musical wizardry is beyond this world. I adore you and honor your path, and will always hold your friendship in the highest regard. Adam, thank you for contributing your mixing and mastering expertise and to Patrick Pegg for your additional production and synthesis work.
